Watson’s Meat began life as a small butcher shop and has grown organically to be one the of the largest food service providers to top quality chefs in the north west of the country. Watson’s Meat is a family-run business that has been supplying meat products throughout Donegal for the past 20 years. We are big enough to deliver but small enough to care.

The award-winning pedigree herd of Limousin cattle that live on Foyleview Farm in the rich grassland of the Inishowen Co Donegal, under the watchful eye of our stockman Kieran Lynch, fed with grass and clover for most of the year. We are proud to be able to offer full traceability with all our animals and a high level of animal husbandry.
The Watson team apply the same sustainable logic to their product sourcing. It’s our ambition to source and stock the greatest of flavours and foods being produced on the island of Ireland, so we follow one simple rule that our customers know to follow - local first!!! Ensuring we keep carbon miles as low as possible is a top priority to us.
